I’m the new blogger for this url :) If you want my personal blog then I’ll post it but otherwise the blog won’t be too much different

some tips:
drink lots of water (it’s so good for you!)
indulge a bit (you don’t want to starve yourself)
eat apples and fruits and veggies and all natural things! (this will help stay away from oily food which can cause you to be sleepy and may even cause acne)
I put my laptop on the floor when i’m facebooking/blogging/emailing/doing homework/whatever and do crunches and pushups while i search the web
Run/walk 30-45 minutes a day, this will keep your metabolism going and help you gain muscle
